22/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council; adopted a decision authorising the Commission to negotiate with Bulgaria, Cyprus, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia agreements concerning the extension of the common communications/interface network (CCN/CSI).
