Brussels, 22/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Internal Market Commissioner Frits Bolkestein confirmed on Thursday before the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs that the Commission will not be withdrawing its proposal on tobacco excise.
