Paris, 22/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The French Conseiller d'Etat Guy Braibant has just handed the President Jacques Chirac and Prime Minister Lionel Jospin a report on the future of Europe drafted by a working group, which he chaired. One can notably ready that, in France, the debate over the future of Europe has changed in nature, to the extent that it no longer opposes partisans and adversaries of the European building process: in a certain manner, the Eurosceptics have become Europeanised...
