Solana welcomes constitutional reform

Brussels, 16/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, CFSP High Representative Javier Solana warmly welcomed the vote by the Parliament of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) that same morning on constitutional amendments required by the Ohrid framework agreement.
