European Defence Ministers and police officers to adopt declarations, on Monday, on improving military capabilities and deployment of police forces for crisis management

Brussels, 16/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - During the second "Improving Capabilities Conference" to be held on Monday in Brussels, the European Defence and Foreign Affairs Ministers are to adopt a declaration assessing the forces available to the European rapid reaction force for conflict prevention and crisis management, as well as an action plan to make up for any shortcomings.
