16/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - European Commission President Romano Prodi wrote to the Presidents of the European Parliament and EU Council, Nicole Fontaine and Louis Michel on Thursday, drawing their attention to the need to progress "on certain key-issues" before the European Summit of Barcelona in March 2002. EUROPE will return to this.
