16/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Pursuant to the decision taken at the EU/Russia Summit on 3 October 2001, the first of the monthly meetings between the PSC (Political and Security Committee) Troika of the EU and Russia took place on 15 November with discussions on: - the fight against terrorism, including the situation in Afghanistan;- reinforcement of OSCE; and the latest developments in Georgia and Belarus.
