Brussels, 25/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - With its three proposals on climate, presented on the eve of resumed international negotiations in Marrakech (see EUROPE of 24 October, p.9), the European Commission gives the Union the means to pursue its ambitions and sends a strong political signal to the international community for the COP 7 ministerial conference (7-9 November).
