25/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Belgian EU Presidency has decided to hold the nine meetings for negotiation of accession at deputy level all in one day, on 26 October (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7). Some of these meetings had been scheduled for the 25th. The candidates invited to the negotiating table on Friday are: Poland (represented for the very first time b y its new chief negotiator, Jan Truszcynski, who replaces Jan Kulakowski), the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria,...
