25/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - Aceralia, Usinor and Arbed have presented the Commission with plans for selling activities (involving galvanised products for the automobile industry and cold-laminated products) that may be insufficient for their merger to be given the go-ahead since the new company might dominate the market. EUROPE will return to this.
