25/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament adopted the report by Belgian Socialist Kathleen Van Brempt on the European Commission's memorandum on lifelong education and training. It calls for an open debate on the three strategies for training and employment adopted simultaneously in Lisbon, and deplores the fact that the priorities within these strategies have not yet been defined.
