Brussels, 17/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, Commissioner David Byrne and the Belgian Presidency launched the pilot phase of the European Extra-Judicial Network (EEJ-Net) for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes with suppliers in another EU country, Norway or Iceland.
