General Assembly on 18/19 October

Brussels, 17/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - Around 250 representatives from some 110 consumer organisations will hold their AGM in Brussels (the Charlemagne building) on Thursday and Friday, giving the Commission the opportunity to consult and inform them on EU policy. The event also provides a forum for the exchange of views and best practice and will enable the Commission to experience the vast spectrum of opinion in the consumer movement.
