The banking group CCF (British group HSBC) has taken its share in SINOPIA ASSET MANAGEMENT (50.9 million euro turnover in 2000), specialised in asset management, to 76.7%, against the previous 60.4%. Through its subsidiary HSBC CCF ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP, CCF has taken 1,103,430 shares in SINOPIA at 27.5 euro a share, or a total of over 30 million euro.
