PIETERS GROEP, Belgium's leading fish company, has bought three companies from the UK's HAZLEWOOD company, which itself belongs to Ireland's GREENCORE. The companies in question (two Dutch and one Scottish) all make products used to make fish in batter. The three companies' combined turnover amounts to EUR 96 million. They employ 480 members of staff.
