12/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Polish President, Aleksander Kwasniewski, will make the opening speech on 2 October in Bruges (Belgium) to mark the start of College of Europe's 52nd academic year in the presence of the Rector of the College, Piet W.C. Ackkermans, and Jean-Luc Dehaene, President of the College's Board of Manager.
