Danish business service group ISS (cleaning, security and catering) has announced that it is buying three companies (in Germany, Denmark and Sweden) with a combined turnover of around 150 million Danish crowns and a combined workforce of 253. The companies in question are VATRO (Germany), INGEMANN CHRISTENSEN (Denmark) and KEMA STAD (Sweden).
