Spain's FERROVIAL is preparing a large-scale strategic alliance with Australia's MIG - MACQUARIE INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP. With this in mind, the Australian company will be paying EUR 816 million for a 40% stake in CINTRA, a FERROVIAL subsidiary specialising in managing motorway tool booths, airports and car parks.
