12/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The OECD has announced that Bahrain has expressed its determination to cooperate with the organisation in order to combat harmful tax practices, and has undertaken to establish a transparency and information exchange mechanism by 31 December 2005. Bahrain should not therefore be included on the black list of countries unwilling to cooperate.
