Genval, 10/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - No clear progress has been made on Cyprus or European Defence and Security Policy, after the meetings with the Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister, Ismael Cem and the EU President of the Council, Louis Michel, at Genval on Sunday morning or the meeting that took place on Monday with the High Representative, Javier Solana, in Brussels.
