Cederschiöld Report on Cybercrime adopted

Brussels, 07/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has adopted Charlotte Cederschiöld's report (EPP, Sweden) on the European Commission's Communication on Cybercrime. The report calls on the Commission to make proposals on how to solve disputes over competency and to bring the EU's criminal law systems closer together; supports the proposal to create a European Cybercrime Forum; asks the Commission to hold a conference of EU and candidate country lawyers; and stresses the...
