Strasbourg, 05/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Franz Fischler described, on Thursday before the European Parliament, the latest unfruitful attempts by the European Commission to reach a fishing agreement with Morocco, when reaffirming: I do not see any possibilities, with our mandate, to conclude such an agreement, and I will repeat this to the Fisheries Council on 25 April.
