The Belgian group GIB has sold all of its subsidiary AUTO 5 (turnover EUR 74.2 million in 2000 with 49 centres in Belgium employing 500), specialised in automobile parts and accessories and quick maintenance), to the French company NORAUTO (turnover EUR 664.68 million in 2000 with 196 centres), which already held 22.5% of the company.
