ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) airline catering

LSG LUFTHANSA SERVICE HOLDING (743 million euro turnover for the first nine months of 2000), subsidiary specialised in on-board catering of the German airline company LUFTHANSA, is to take control of the American form ONEX FOOD SERVICES for some $1 bn. The operation will be achieved through the absorption of ONEX FOOD SERVICES, in which LSG LUFTHANSA SERVICE HOLDING already has a 48% stake.
