DRESDNER BANK and ALLIANZ have recognised the finalisation of an agreement that will pool their activities. According to the agreement under discussion, ALLIANZ should make a bid for DRESDNER at 53 euro a share to acquire the 80% stake it still lacks. See yesterday's EI.
