Trilogue reaches agreement on adjustment of financial perspectives but not on Council's supplementary budget

Brussels, 30/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The meeting of the budgetary trilogue on Thursday allowed the three institutions taking part to reach an agreement on how the European Commission plans to transfer, during the period 2002/2006, part of the allocations not used (EUR 6.152 billion) from Structural Funds (see EUROPE of 29 March, p.6).
