Brussels, 30/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU's Justice/Home Affairs Troika, made up of the Swedish Minister for Immigration and Asylum Policy, Maj-Inger Klingvall, Belgian Home Affairs Minister Antoine Dusquesne and European Commissioner Antonio Vitorino (see EUROPE of 28 March, p.11), signed a joint declaration in Sarajevo on 28 March with ministerial representatives of five Balkan countries (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Croatia, Macedonia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) on...
