De Palacio presents communication adopted by Commission on speeding-up liberalisation of gas and electricity markets

Brussels / Strasbourg, 13/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission adopted the Communication by the Commissioner for energy, Loyola de Palacio, proposing a speeding-up of the liberalisation of the gas and electricity markets (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.12).
