The BANCA POPOLARE DELL'ETRURIA E DEL LAZIO (Italy) created a joint venture with ASSURANCE BANQUE POPULAIRE, holding for the BANQUE POPULAIRES group (France), giving rise to a new insurance company, the BAP - BANCASSURANCE POPOLARI SPA, doted with a social capital of EUR 6 million.
