ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) health

The "health care" subsidiary of the French industrial gas group AIR LIQUIDE announced the acquisition of 50% in the Italian industrial civil engineering company OMASA SPA (Italian IMPREGLIO SPA group). The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
