The group GROUPE BOURBON from Reunion has concluded an agreement with UNION SDA whereby the latter will acquire a majority stake in its consolidated sugar business. UNION SDA will thus hold 51% of BOIS-ROUGE (processing capacity 8,000 tonnes of cane sugar daily) and 51% of the packaging and despatching company for sugar, EUROCANNES.
