The German group FREUDENBERG has sold to the British group C&J CLARK SHOES LTD (annual turnover equivalent to DM 2.6 bn with 15,400 employees) the German group ELEFANTEN GMBH (annual turnover of some DM 173 million with 1,200 employees), specialised in children's shoes.
