FOODSERVICE, American subsidiary of the Dutch food retailing group AHOLD, has signed a letter of intent to buy the American group MUTUAL DISTRIBUTORS (annual turnover of some $300 million, with over 4,200 institutional clients) for an undisclosed amount.
