ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) media

The British group REUTERS, specialised in services to the financial markets, has announced the takeover of the French firm DIAGRAM (27.7 million euro turnover in 2000 with 230 employees) from the holding company CARAVELLE, specialised in technology stocks. The cost of the operation amounts to £42.6 million cash.
