05/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The MEPs from Democratici di sinistra have last week organised a seminar on the 2000-2006 programming of the structural funds for the Objective 1 regions in which notably spoke the rapporteur for the Budgets Committee Gianni Pittella and Claudio Fava, who underlined the need to prevent the interference by organised crime in the management of structural resources, precisely in the regions such as Sicily.
