05/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - A liaison officer of the Turkish land army, Major Selami Ozcoban, has been seconded to the Staff Headquarters of Eurocorps in Strasbourg since Monday, with as mission to maintain permanent contact between Eurocorps and Ankara. The United Kingdom and the Netherlands have two officers (Colonels Clive Mantell and Robert Toma) within Eurocorps, which is made up of French, Germany, Belgian, Luxembourg and Spanish soldiers.
