Greek Government believes equivalence of official EU languages has been "amply" acknowledged by Court of Justice

Luxembourg, 20/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU's Court of First Instance is presently deliberating on a case in which a lawyer and Dutch trademark agent, Christina Kik, challenges the linguistic regime of the European Trademark Office of Alicante (the languages of the Office being German, English, Spanish, French and Italian). Christina Kik was backed by the Greek Government who took a stance in the debate.
