Luxembourg, 20/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU's Court of First Instance is presently deliberating on a case in which a lawyer and Dutch trademark agent, Christina Kik, challenges the linguistic regime of the European Trademark Office of Alicante (the languages of the Office being German, English, Spanish, French and Italian).
