ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aluminium

The Dutch shareholding company NIB CAPITAL has bought up the German aluminium equipment manufacturer ZARGES LEICHTBAU, a subsidiary of the E.ON group, for over EUR 51 million. ZARGES employs 1,100 and achieved a turnover of EUR 180 million in 2000.
