20/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - From 15 February, the Head of the European Commission delegation in Algeria is Lucio Guerrato. Mr. Guerrato, who was head of the Commission delegation in Morocco for five years, replaces in Algeria Lorenzo Sanchez. The new head of the Commission delegation in Morocco will be Sean Doyle, and Jorge de la Cabbaleria, will act as head of delegation until his arrival.
