ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) pharmaceuticals

The Belgian company IBA (Ion Been Application) has announced the acquisition of an 80% stake in the American company EASTERN ISOTOPES specialised in the production and the distribution of a wide range of radio-pharmaceutical products. The acquisition of IBA, for which the sum has not been disclosed, was achieved through a purchase option on all existing shares over the next five years.
