20/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi, has, for scheduling reasons we are told, postponed the visit he was to have made to Brussels on 22 February. Mr. Kharazi was meant to have met European commission Vice-President Loyola de Palacio and the Commissioners for external relations and trade, Chris Patten and Pascal Lamy.
