The French company HUMANEO has announced a commercial and technological cooperation agreement with the Italian company ICS, without giving financial details. The alliance will be a first stage leading to a merger during the second half of this year. ICS is a subsidiary of the MEKFIN group and owns the OLIVETTI brand.
