Brussels, 15/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - On 14 February the European Commission decided to refer Spain before the Community Court of Justice due to the failure to correctly apply Community standards set out by the framework Directive on waste. Moreover it decided to send a motivated opinion to Austria for failure to fully transport the Directive relating to the incineration of dangerous waste.
