Political mandate for Mr Lamy to discuss in Council "everything but arms" initiative

Brussels, 17/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - Following its meeting, this Wednesday in Strasbourg, the Commission handed the political mandate to Pascal Lamy to discuss with the Council of Ministers a "detail tuning" of the "everything but arms" initiative in view of its adoption, as soon as possible.
