17/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The office of the European Ombudsman Jacob Soderman points out, regarding an article in EUROPE of 15/16 January, that the complaint at the origin of the initiative he intends taking on the respect of the freedom of expression of European officials had not been submittd by Mr. van Buitenen, but by a Swedish citizen.
