17/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - AFP says from Moscow that Dimitri Rogozin, Head of the Russian Delegation in the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly, had said that he would oppose the arrival of members of the Assembly who would place themselves "in an inextricable situation" by behaving in an "non-constructive manner". A delegation from the Assembly is currently in Chechnya to prepare a report for next week's plenary session in Strasbourg.
