The American firm SARA LEE is to sell its industrial patisserie brand BROSSARD (122 million euro turnover in the last financial year with 486 employees) to SAVEURS DE FRANCE (frozen foods; 46.17 million euro turnover in 2000) for an undisclosed amount.
