ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) mail order

The German company QUELLE (KARLSTADTQUELLE group), European leader in mail order, indirectly took control of the French AFIBEL, specialised in mail order sales of clothes for older women. The German group thus took 75% of the capital in AFIGEST which controls 80.13% of AFIBEL. QUELLE is considering launching a public tender offering on the shares of AFIBEL that it does not yet hold at the price of EUR 50.7.
