Brussels, 10/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - European Commission President Romano Prodi has asked Morocco's ambassador to the EU, Aicha Belarbi, to convey to the Moroccan authorities his deep concern over the failure of the last negotiating meeting in view of concluding a new Euro-Morocco Partnership Agreement for fisheries (see EUROPE of 10 January, p.8).
