10/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The deficit in the Spain trade balance (over the period January to October 2000) has increased 36.5% compared to the first ten months of 1999, the Ministry of the Economy stated on Tuesday. Exports (EUR 100.27 billion) registered a 19% rise compared to 23.1% in imports (EUR 135.54 billion).
